Q: How do I get there from Tokyo?
About 70-80 minutes by car via the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line and Tateyama Expressway (exit at Futtsu-Chuo IC, then 15 min). By train: JR Uchibo Line to Kazusa-Minato Station, then 15 min by car (free pickup with reservation).
Q: Is there parking?
Yes, free parking with dedicated spaces for each room. Large vehicles are welcome.
Animals
Q: How can I interact with the rescue cats?
16 rescue cats roam freely throughout the village. This is not a cat café — you are staying in the cats' home. You can interact with them naturally, 24 hours a day.
Q: Can I stay if I have cat allergies?
Since 16 cats live freely on the premises, please contact us in advance if you have allergies. The Jyubako and Nordisk Tent rooms are less accessible to cats.

Q: What kind of sauna do you have?
An authentic Finnish wood-fired sauna. You stoke the fire yourself and enjoy löyly (steam). Cold plunge pool and outdoor relaxation area included. Free for all overnight guests.
Q: Is BBQ available?
Yes, BBQ sets with local ingredients are included in accommodation plans. Day-trip BBQ plans are also available.

Q: How do I make a reservation?
Online booking only — phone reservations are not accepted. Book through our official reservation site or contact us via LINE/email.
Q: What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check-in: 15:00, Check-out: 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before. 50% charge 3 days before. 100% charge for day-before and same-day cancellations.

Q: Is it family-friendly?
Yes! Children are very welcome. We have family plans with kids' perks. The natural environment and animal interaction provide a wonderful experience for children.
Q: Is there a convenience store nearby?
The nearest convenience store is about 10 minutes by car. We recommend buying essentials before arriving.
Q: Does mobile phone reception work?
docomo, au, and SoftBank signals are available but may be weak in some areas due to the mountain setting. WiFi is available in all rooms.
